About
I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ couples, as well as traditional and non-traditional relationships, including polyamorous partnerships. I also support individuals and couples who are interested in positive spirituality and mindfulness as part of their personal and relational growth.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree through the Children and Families Program at the University of Michigan–Dearborn and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University, where I specialized in Child and Adolescent Counseling as well as Couple and Family Therapy. I also hold a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a post-modern perspective and positive spirituality/living. I draw from evidence-based and collaborative modalities, including the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for both individuals and couples, integrating this work thoughtfully with the Gottman Method to support deeper emotional connection, improved communication, and meaningful, lasting change.
I am dually licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
I believe that relationships which truly work for the individuals involved are a key component of a happy and healthy life. Relationships can be rewarding, enriching, and deeply healing. I have experienced this personally and witnessed it professionally, and I am committed to sharing my knowledge and expertise with individuals and couples who desire greater connection, understanding, and fulfillment.
