Welcome to Thrive Psychotherapy & Coaching! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Gottman Therapist, Certified Group Psychotherapist and Gottman 7 Principles Leader. My goal is to help couples excavate the lessons learned from their deepest struggles in order to build a new relationship that is mutually healing and nourishing. In couples therapy, we work through a diverse range of issues. These can include but are not limited to: poor communication, infidelity, parenting conflict, intimacy issues, lack of trust, emotional distance, conflict management, insecure attachment, the aftermath of trauma and the loss of friendship in the relationship. I offer individual, couples, premarital and group psychotherapy.
