All couples will have conflict, but most struggle to manage it effectively. I aim to help couples build their sound house. Using The Sound Relationship House Theory developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman we can move from disasters in relationships to masters in relationships.
Couples work is something that I get excited about doing. There’s an energy that’s formed and drives the work we will do in the virtual therapy room. I am Level 3 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy so my work is solely focused on helping couples create their unique sound house.
