As an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for individual, and couple therapy, I specialize in Premarital counseling, couples counseling, women's issues, depression and anxiety. In therapy you will find a strength-based client centered approach, where your unique skills and values are used to help overcome the areas in which you feel stuck or want support. Together, through a safe therapeutic environment and genuine respect for each person, change will occur as we work towards accomplishing your goals.
