I walk with couples and individuals to find the strengths and the stuck places in their relationship — and then move through them with intention and care, toward deeper connection and meaning.

Much of my work is with betrayal and addiction. If you're navigating infidelity, or a marriage affected by pornography or sex addiction, and you're worn down by the chaos and isolation of it, that doesn't have to become your new normal. Having walked my own path of betrayal and recovery, I understand this work from the inside, and I'd be honored to help you find your way into real hope and healing.

I'm a Certified Gottman Therapist and a Level 1 Gottman Trainer — so beyond using the Gottman Method with couples, I train other clinicians in it. My husband, Tal, and I are also among the few therapists in Alabama authorized to offer the Gottman Love Lab. I lead The Art and Science of Love and Bringing Baby Home workshops, and I bring those research-based tools to every couple I see.

Alongside the Gottman Method, I'm a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (IITAP), a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (APSATS) for betrayal trauma, a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, a Certified Discernment Counselor, and a Certified ERCEM Specialist. I also draw on EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, EFT, and PACT. My sex therapy training lets me help couples with the full range of sexual concerns — desire discrepancy, dysfunction, intimacy, sexual wellness, and the shifts of seasons like postpartum and infertility.

I work with couples and individuals across the lifespan, from new-parent to senior couples, in person in Birmingham and via telehealth across Alabama and Florida. Intensives are also available.

Every couple is unique and already carries real strengths. I'll meet you where you are and work with you toward the relationship you want. I've known the pain of betrayal and trauma, and the peace that comes from the hard work of healing. I'd be honored to walk that road with you.
