For Health & Improving Connection and Communication- I love walking with couples in counseling to find the strengths and challenges in their relationship and then navigating them with intention and a sense of joy on the journey towards deeper connection and meaning in your relationship.

With Betrayal or Addiction- Are the two of you navigating betrayal or a marriage impacted by pornography or sex addiction? Are you worn out from the chaos, frustration, and despair of it all? Those long frustrating days of despair and isolation do not have to become your new normal. I am grateful for the opportunity to walk with the two of you out of the chaos and confusion of betrayal and into hope and healing in your marriage.

I have competed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and I am trained as both a betrayal partner specialist and an addiction specialist. I understand the complexities facing both partners and am for the two of you as a couple if you are looking to repair your marriage.

I am trained as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist through IITAP, a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist through APSATS for betrayal trauma, and an Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM) specialist. I specialize in working with betrayed spouses, sex addicts, and couples/families rebuilding after infidelity or improving the commitment and friendship to guard against betrayal and losing connection. Other couple/trauma specialties that I hold include EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).

I believe each client and couple is unique and equipped! I strive to meet you where you are and collaborate with you to create and achieve your goals. I have experienced the pain of navigating complex trauma and betrayal, and I have also experienced the joy and peace of the hard work of my own therapy.
