I have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I take great pleasure and pride in working with couples and their relationships. I have been working with people for over 25 years and I bring a lot of experience and expertise to helping people. My wife and I have been in Private Practice together for over 25 years. She compliments our Practice with expertise working in the areas of psychoeducational assessment and Individual therapy.

One of the most difficult tasks that we are faced with is creating a happy and satisfying marriage or couples relationship. Interestingly enough, we have often received little positive training to achieve this important task.

We are sometimes perplexed in our attempts to understand relationships. Modern research, resulting in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, has discovered the hidden keys to successful relationships. Couples can get help in learning and applying the skills that really work! They can learn to move beyond blame, guilt and arguing into learning research proven skills and attitudes that create solid loving relationships. Research on more than 3,000 couples has discovered what works and what causes difficulties and pain. Good relationships take some work and maintenance – not different from most worthwhile things in our lives. You can learn the methods that can turn an unhappy relationship into a rewarding and satisfying one. An average relationship can become an excellent one.
