About
If your relationship has become distant, disconnected, full of difficult conflict, or you just feel 'stuck' in unhealthy patterns, couples counseling can help. Sometimes, because of all the conflict and hurt feelings, we can get to a place where we may not feel safe asking for what we need in our relationship, or maybe we don’t even know what we need ourselves.
My goal in working with you is to provide you with a space where you and your partner both feel seen and heard; where you feel safe to explore your story and your experiences; where you can courageously work through some of the hard things, in a way that moves you towards a deeper sense of wholeness and connection. We will work together using scientifically proven methods to effectively reduce damaging conflict, increase emotional and sexual intimacy, and increase overall relationship satisfaction over the long term.
*Note:
- Colorado clients - I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
