Hi there! I know that finding the right therapist can be challenging, especially when things may already feel overwhelming and you're doing your best to keep your head above water. Life gets busy, relationships get strained, and it can be tough to juggle all of the different hats you wear. I believe that everyone has strengths and my goal is to empower clients to work through barriers that may be leading them to be feeling stuck. I take a holistic, client-centered, directive approach aimed at guiding clients towards tangible change. I show up in sessions as my genuine self and hope to create an environment where my clients feel safe to do the same.

I am passionate about the work that I do and have completed extensive training in Gottman Method to support couples with strengthening their connection, learning ways to effectively manage conflict, building and repairing trust, and supporting one another in realizing their goals and dreams. I also specialize in parenting, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal effectiveness, and mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression), among other focus areas.
