Provides online therapy
The world in which we live is full of possibilities but access to them is ultimately limited. Our surroundings present us with numerous messages that impact the life we live and the opportunities that we are exposed to. These messages are often subtle and discreetly contribute to our worldview without asking for permission. Only after careful consideration do we uncover their existence and decide for ourselves if these messages are worthy of staying. It is important to explore the elements that are contributing to and/or maintaining the presenting problem. Existing limitations began to be challenged during this process and an individual’s outlook of the world around him or her can transform into an alternative version of reality.
With over 7.5 billion versions of reality, it is impossible for one to be superior. Therefore, I believe it is vital to ensure an individual’s worldview is placed at the forefront when determining the course of treatment. I aim to create a safe, yet brave, place for individuals, couples, and families to come as they are while working towards becoming who they want to be. I attempt to instill a sense of empowerment along the way by helping individuals recognize the strengths that they already possess through transparency and vulnerability. I welcome curiosity and certainly encourage questions throughout the entirety of the therapeutic process.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student, I have developed the ability to conceptualize from a systemic framework that takes into account the various external factors that can play a part in the treatment process. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Family Studies. Join me on this incredible journey of self- discovery that has the potential to strengthen your relationship with yourself as well as others. Expand what you “NVision” as possible.
