I have the skills and experience to support couples in their most difficult times. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and directive. With the right amount of empathy and compassion for both partners to move the relationship forward from surviving to thriving!

I am the Clinical Director and a Licensed Counseling Professional Associate for The Center for Relationships which is a wellness and counseling center in Austin TX that offers relational science based care using tools relationship education to build flourishing relationships at all levels of society.

I integrate attachment theory, relational cultural theory, mindfulness, neuroscience, and trauma-informed models in my counseling to help couples who are hurting, need a new and better way to communicate, to manage their conflict better and to enhance their intimacy again.

My training is extensive and I am well trained and fluent using Gottman method couples therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am also trained in appropriate and effective use of technology-assisted counseling for individuals, couples, and groups. I offer support groups and online workshops that might provide you with just the right set of tools to enhance your relationship health.
