Married for 34 years and a parent for 21, I know firsthand how relationships evolve through the long middle of life. I also know that this stage, as disorienting as it feels, can become something,a reset, a reconnection, a more honest version of your partnership than you've had before.
My approach is active and practical. Using Gottman Method tools I guide you in rebuilding closeness, improving communication, and working through ongoing conflict. I won't just observe, I'll help you slow down difficult moments, understand what's underneath them, and practice new ways of responding. You'll leave sessions with tools you can actually use.
