Something has shifted. Maybe the same arguments keep surfacing with no resolution. Maybe you're more like roommates than partners. Maybe you still love each other but can't quite find your way back to each other. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep feeling stuck.
My approach is active and practical. I won't just observe — I'll help you slow down the difficult moments, understand what's underneath them, and practice new ways of responding to each other. We'll work on rebuilding closeness, improving communication, and breaking the patterns that keep you stuck in the same fights. You'll leave sessions with tools you can actually use.
I'm 64, Gottman trained, and have been married 35 years. Midlife has a way of changing relationships in ways that are hard to name — and I bring that perspective into the room alongside my clinical training.
