About
I'm 64 and have been married 35 years. I have lived experience of how relationships evolve through the middle of life. I see therapy as a way to reset your relationship and create a new way of relating that is more honest and authentic and brings you both joy.
My approach is active and practical. Using Gottman Method tools I guide you in rebuilding closeness, improving communication, and working through ongoing conflict. I won't just observe, I'll help you slow down difficult moments, understand what's underneath them, and practice new ways of responding. You'll leave sessions with tools you can actually use.
