Lately something at home has gone quiet. Panic on one side, exhaustion on the other. Neither can change this alone. I start by mapping the pattern, not guessing at it. A thorough Gottman assessment shows me exactly where the cycle catches: the raw spots, the old sensitivities underneath the fight, where they come from, and how to break their grip. From there the work has direction. The one who has been carrying this stops carrying it alone, and the one who went quiet finds the way back in.
