About

I am a couples therapist specialising in working with partners who feel stuck, disconnected, or on the brink of separation. Many of the couples I work with are navigating betrayal, recurring conflict, emotional distance, or the quiet erosion of intimacy over time.

My approach integrates Gottman Institute–based methods with depth-oriented psychotherapy, allowing us to work not only with communication patterns, but with the underlying emotional and relational dynamics that sustain them. Together, we explore how each partner’s history, attachment style, and unspoken expectations shape the relationship.

I offer a structured yet deeply attuned space where both partners can feel heard without escalation, and where meaningful change becomes possible. In addition to ongoing sessions, I provide intensive formats for couples seeking focused, accelerated progress.

Having worked across the United States, Japan, and Australia, I bring a culturally sensitive and globally informed perspective, particularly suited to international and cross-cultural couples.

My work is best suited for couples who are motivated to understand one another more deeply, and who are willing to engage honestly in the process of change.
