Welcome! I’m Dr. Vaida Kurseviciene (Dr. K), a licensed psychologist serving clients in Florida, New York, and across many PSYPACT states through telehealth. I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection using evidence-based approaches.

My primary therapeutic method is the Gottman Method, a research-backed approach to relationship counseling that focuses on enhancing friendship, intimacy, conflict resolution, and shared meaning.

As a Certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader, I also lead workshops designed to help couples deepen their bond and create lasting relationship satisfaction.

I work with couples at all stages—those in crisis, recovering from betrayal, or simply wanting to reconnect. Clients often describe feeling seen, heard, and safe in our sessions, and many have shared that therapy with me has been a turning point in their relationship.

In addition to Gottman's Method couples therapy, I integrate other evidence-based techniques tailored to each couple’s unique needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand yourself and your partner better and to build a stronger, more resilient relationship.
