About
Welcome! I’m Dr. Vaida Kurseviciene (Dr. K), a licensed psychologist offering virtual therapy for high-functioning couples and individuals across Florida, New York, and PSYPACT states. I specialize in relationship counseling for those seeking to enhance communication, heal from betrayal, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional intimacy.
My approach is integrative and relational, combining psychodynamic, attachment-based, and interpersonal therapies to help clients understand how past experiences shape present dynamics. I primarily use the Gottman Method, a research-based framework proven to enhance connection, reduce conflict, and foster shared meaning. As a Certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader, I also lead evidence-based couples workshops that help partners deepen their emotional bond and create lasting satisfaction.
Alongside Gottman work, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients recognize inner patterns, soften reactivity, and connect from their grounded, authentic selves. My clients—often high-functioning professionals and couples in transition—describe our sessions as compassionate, insight-oriented, and transformative.
If you’re a motivated individual or couple seeking to reconnect, grow, or navigate a challenging chapter, I’d be honored to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
