Over the past 15 years I have had the pleasure of working with clients who are seeking guidance and support, often confused about how to move forward.

Most of the distressed couples I work with are stuck in repetitive patterns of unhealthy communication, feelings of disconnection and hopelessness, and a lack of intimacy, amongst other areas of need.

Through gentle direction, I will support you in learning about the complexities within your relationship dynamics that are causing dissatisfaction and distress.

A thorough initial assessment, with support from Gottman Connect, will give you and your partner immediate insight into the dynamics in your relationship that are causing repetitive problems.

The second phase is the gradual introduction of skills to address your areas of need. At minimum, these include skills in conflict, building friendship and trust, and deepening your sense of connection through sharing dreams and meaningful goals.

These efforts will gradually lead to greater relationship satisfaction and a sense of security.

I am Level 3 Gottman Method trained and use Gottman Connect, an in depth assessment tool offered by providers approved by the Gottman Institute.
