About

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 20 years devoted exclusively to couples therapy, I bring Level 3 Gottman Method training and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to my work with couples. I help partners understand and interrupt recurring patterns of conflict, rebuild trust after betrayal, and restore emotional connection, intimacy, and partnership.

Our work begins with the Gottman Relationship Checkup, a comprehensive, research-based assessment that helps identify your relationship's strengths and areas of concern. Together, we use these insights to develop a personalized treatment plan, making our work focused and intentional from the beginning.

My approach combines the structure and practical tools of the Gottman Method with the emotional depth of EFT. We work not only to improve communication and manage conflict, but also to understand the underlying emotions and attachment needs that keep couples caught in painful cycles.
