About
Using the Gottman Method, along with CBT and DBT strategies, I guide couples through a structured process to slow down conflict, improve communication, and restore emotional safety. I frequently work with couples experiencing escalating criticism or defensiveness, repeated unresolved arguments, pursuit-withdraw patterns, difficulty repairing after conflict, and emotional distance.
Many of the couples I work with are high-functioning and successful in their careers or personal lives but feel stuck in their relationship dynamics. Therapy provides a focused space to identify patterns, practice new skills, and create meaningful change.
Victoria earned her MSc in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary, giving her a broad foundation in both clinical and relational care. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Middlesex University in Dubai, U.A.E. Victoria has completed intensive training in DBT (including the Prolonged Exposure Protocol for PTSD), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Levels 1–3 training with the Gottman Institute. She currently co-leads two DBT groups.
If you and your partner are ready to break unhealthy cycles and strengthen your relationship, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
