I have completed three levels of Gottman training and am currently in the certification program for the final level 4. I have also taken the Gottman Affair Repair Training and Couples and Addiction. Not only that but I also have experience and certifications in TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), EMDR for trauma, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and CPT (cognitive processing therapy, a specialized treatment for sufferers of PTSD).
