At Tempest Therapy I use both Gottman and EFT to help bring you closer together while making space to understand each other’s core needs and beliefs.

I believe that all relationships experience ups and downs, and that by offering focused support you can overcome most challenges within the relationship.

I am experienced and comfortable working with individuals who have experienced or are experiencing various forms of DV.

I also enjoy working with diagnoses such as BPD, Bi-Polar, Depression, and others that impact both the individual and the couple unit.

I am experienced in working with age gaps, as well as less traditional family structures. Each family and relationship is unique, whether you are highly traditional or very unstructured.

I also offer a comfortable space to explore past injuries and betrayal, and work with couples to reconnect after an affair.

I also work with pornography addiction, sexual addiction, individuals and couples within the sex industry, those experiencing sexual disconnect or mal adaptive sexual experiences.

I offer virtual appointments and have two types of appointments available, a 45-50 minute option ($100 individual and $115 couples) and a 90 minute option for both ($160),
