About
Relationships don’t come with a manual, but they do have a "blueprint" for success. In our sessions, we won’t just talk about your problems; we will actively work on the skills needed to solve them.
What Our Work Looks Like:
Healing from Betrayal: Using the "Atone, Attune, and Attach" model, I help couples navigate the complex aftermath of infidelity or broken trust.
Conflict De-escalation: I teach you how to recognize the physiological signs of "flooding" and how to use self-soothing techniques to keep conversations productive rather than destructive.
A "No-Blame" Zone: My role is not to pick a side or act as a judge. I am the advocate for the relationship itself.
Trained in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, I integrate a psychodynamic lens with Gottman research. My style is direct and empathetic, focusing on the science of how couples heal even the deepest wounds.
