Faith-based couples often carry not only the weight of their relationship struggles but also the expectations of culture, family, and faith. I work with couples who want to understand what went wrong, rebuild emotional safety, and find a way forward grounded in honesty and faith. In therapy, we’ll slow things down so both partners feel heard, validated, and supported. Together, we’ll explore how culture, upbringing, and spirituality shape your relationship—and how to restore trust, deepen understanding, and create connection again.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I combine evidence-based couples therapy methods (like the Gottman Method and attachment-based approaches) with a compassionate, faith-sensitive perspective. My goal is to help you move from conflict to clarity, from pain to peace, and from disconnection to restoration. Healing is possible—with patience, honesty, and faith.
