Many of the couples who find their way to my practice never imagined they would need therapy. From the outside, their lives look stable even successful. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I work with high-achieving professionals in intercultural relationships in the U.S., many of them first-generation immigrants, who feel stuck despite their efforts. Using a structured, evidence-based approach, we identify patterns driving conflict, strengthen communication, and rebuild connection.
