About
How did we get here?
You never imagined you would need “help” to have a meaningful and productive conversation with the person you could once laugh with and talk to you for hours?
When you met it was exciting and felt like a breath of fresh air. You felt seen, desired, supported and connected. You talked about your goals and life
together. You laughed, planned adventures and now you barely speak or when you do it’s filled with frustration and things seem to never have a resolution, or you just go along to avoid the argument. But you are TIRED, of arguing about finances, past indiscretions, not feeling like a priority or that what you need matters and there is a degree of uncertainty on
if things can be repaired. You love
your person, but is that enough? Can you take another morning or night of feeling lonely and frustrated, while in a relationship.
These are some of the questions and challenges that are faced in relationships, and because like many individuals were not taught or didn’t have a model of how to navigate the ebb and flow that comes with being in partnership with another. This is where couples therapy comes in.
For those that are ready to listen, ask for clarity, take accountability for how you show up in the relationship, ask for forgiveness, provide forgiveness where needed, and implement strategies, let’s explore how I can support you and your partner along this journey.
