Often we strive to lead more fulfilling lives and yet find we are using the same "tools" that created unsatisfying relationships, stress, and anxiety. In our work together, we will uncover the "roots" of these patterns by applying evidence-based tools to develop increased relationship success, higher levels of relationship satisfaction and intimacy, and fewer future relapses.
Recognizing patterns and applying actionable techniques for change is a cornerstone of this work . I am proactive, empathic, conversational, and practical. Between session tools are offered for ongoing support and continuity.
